It's almost been an entire calendar year since my last post. Would I like to post more often? Of course I would but as a friend says "life gets in the way". I'm here in Penticton for my big race of the year, Challenge Penticton. I'm very excited for this race. Way more excited than any of the three Ironman Canada's I've done here. I have no explanation why. I've had a great year of training and racing with coach Cailla. I feel like I'm ready for this both physically and mentally. I guess we'll see on Sunday. More to come later!
